In the morning - set your intention for the day
In the evening - check in on how you did.
When you verbalize your intention, it becomes easier to achieve and hold yourself accountable. Sure, the day can get hectic, and usually does, but starting with a clear plan of what you want to do is a good start.
In the evening, when you visit your teeth again, with a brush (you should be doing this), you can check in with yourself. What did you miss? What did you succeed in? And what will you look for tomorrow?
